Once you’ve scheduled your session, you’ll have a chance to communicate to Alyse your intentions during your session.
Before the session begins, it's helpful to have a glass of water nearby to hydrate afterward. You can also journal your thoughts and feelings before and after the session to track any changes or insights that may arise.
During the session, remain open to receiving the healing energy. Focus on relaxing your mind and body, letting go of any tension or stress. Trust in the process and allow the Reiki energy to flow to where it is needed most.
After the session, take a few moments to rest and integrate the energy. Drink water to help flush out any toxins that may have been released during the session. Reflect on your experience and notice any shifts in your physical, emotional, or mental well-being.
