I honestly feel amazing and hopeful! I attend weekly therapy sessions, but one thing I do not bring up in sessions a lot is self-love & self-care .. which I feel are 2 very important things that contribute to the headspace that I am in. Alyse really helped to put things into perspective for me - things that I have not even considered like connections to my inner child or childhood. Thank you so much!

After our session, I felt clarity and enlightenment in how to shift my mindset and way of thinking with personal events that were discussed.

This was an invigorating experience and session and I am super grateful for what I got out of it. I took some notes and I look through them daily to help myself as some sort of guidance when I start to doubt myself, my thoughts or my actions. Self-love has not always come easy to me, there are many times where I would be unkind to myself and harsh.

Self-care and self-love is a very inconsistent and on again/ off again kind of practice to me but this session helped me see how powerful it can be if done so consistently and with guidance.
