as a client, what exactly do I have to do?
To provide a truly life-altering experience, it's best to have an optimistic attitude & open mind about your intentions of self-improvement!
It’s necessary that you embody aspects that may not be encouraged in our day-to-day routine such as, being trusting, vulnerable, & honest with not only me but yourself!
For any of my self-proclaimed procrastinators out there this may seem overwhelming BUT time & commitment are also required.
However, there is no need to panic or quit before you’ve even begun. As I’ve previously mentioned this service is specifically tailored to your unique lifestyle!
Failure isn’t an option as long as you keep an open mind, heart & soul!
Allow my encouragement & personalized accountability styles, guide you into space you never imagined possible!
Remember, be compassionate and most importantly, patient with yourself as you step out of your comfort zone for the sake of doing something different!
when will I be cured?
To think in terms of “needing” or wanting to be cured further subconsciously affirms that there is something broken or that needs to be fixed within you.
Let me emphasize, you are full with or without me & those around you because the Universe’s intention with you was to always live ABUNDANTLY!
Although you may have made some decisions that seem self-sabotaging or may not align in your best interest, it was never a matter of fixing but SHIFTING!

I fully understand & value your trust, I ensure that any precaution to safeguard your sacred revelations will be made.
If you decide to continue working with me following our consultation, you will be given a document that entails a government ethical code for every client-coach partnership.
HOW IS COACHING DIFFERENT THAN COUNSELING?
While considering this alternative solution to healing & evolving yourself, please note that I am NOT a licensed physician or psychologist.
You can think of me rather as an “Anam Cara” or soul friend who has been diligently trained in the art of Self-Love & energic healing!
Therapists or doctors whom practice psychotherapy often focus on the past & diagnosing.
As a coach, my job is not to diagnose but to EMPOWER.
However, alike therapy, my objective is to shift your perspective so you can maintain the power you thought was once lost. Throughout our sessions, we will not solely focus on the root of the adversity but on the growth that can derive from overcoming it!
How long are the free consultations?
Consultations vary from 45–60 minutes, 1:1 sessions
Please Note: if you choose, the last 15 minutes of our calls will be spent focusing on energy or oracle readings.
How are sessions coordinated?
Indefinitely coaching sessions will be remote, all sessions are conducted via Zoom!
What holistic & esoteric approaches are implemented into your practice?
Holistic approaches are meant to bring focus on one's wellness not just their "dis-ease" or illness. Contrary to the Westernization of healing that solely focuses on the physical ailments one may be enduring; holistic healing weighs an individual's physical, emotional, social & spiritual wellbeing.
By incorporating Reiki & other energetic practices into my sessions, it provides an even more exceptional experience as I will be able to scan my client's energic body & auric field.
This provides insight into any chakra imbalances or where one may be harboring imbalanced energy which is a great start in the growth & manifestation process!
I also implement oracle readings in my sessions as a way for further personalization.
So, not only will I be encouraging you on your journey but light-filled spiritual entities (Angels, Ancestors, Spirit Guides) that surround & root for you will get a platform to share positive messages of love as well!
